You know that learning how to make ipod/phone apps is a very profitable decision when you see 10 year old kids who are making ipod touch apps as shown in the cool video below. You can tell by the excitement in his voice that apps are really cool to him. And if they are really cool him then they must be really cool to his freinds too. Think of back in the day when we were in school and we used to collect and show off baseball cards/footballer stickers etc. Apps are the new baseball cards.
Because kids are now getting iphones and android smart phones at a very young age, they will download loads of ipod/iphone/android apps especially games and before you know it, if a game is good, it will become viral and millions of kids will download it. Imagine the possibilities of revenue stream from that.
Basically what I am saying here is we are very lucky to be at the beginner stage of the iphone app boom. If kids like Grant in the video below are interested in apps (not only downloading them but actually making them too!) then the market is potentially massive. This 10 year old boy has gotten over 25k views alone for how video on how to make an ipod touch app. Pretty phenomenal don’t you think? Hats of to Grant and I am sure he will have a very successful and prosperous life! Im sure his parents think he is the App-le of their eye
